When checking in, the receptionist tried hard to extract our unnecessary information by asking some personal questions. It was annoying and made it a very unpleasant welcome. The other problem was about breakfast (sohur). All hot meals were cold and none of fresh produces were fresh. And finally the bathroom in our room which was not designed properly as everywhere became wet after a simple shower.
