“Well priced, clean hotel in a central location, handy to everything”
Loved the location of this hotel, in a very central area with a choice of restaurants close by, as well as the local markets further along the street. There were also a number of glass fronted shops in this area. My room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the street, and it had a small balcony which was lovely to sit on and enjoy the late afternoon sun or at daybreak. I didn’t find it noisy at all. The room, although not overly big, was certainly adequate for my 4 days stay here, and received a lot of natural light. I was travelling solo. The room had everything I needed and was cleaned every day. Tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge, good air-conditioning, bedside tables, charging point near the bed, a desk, plus a separate cubicle for the shower. Always love having a bidet too. There is also a lift. I was on the 4th floor. The tariff was reasonable and reception staff were welcoming. There are 2 beautiful cats who live on the property too.

“Pleasant and central place to stay”
The staff were very helpful and endeavoured to answer our questions (English was non existent) by use of Google translate. The hotel appeared to be new and had good amenities, providing toiletries etc. The location was good with access to nearby places to visit in Buon Ma Thuot. . The staff held our bags while we went further afield for a few days and organised bike hire for us

“Excellent. I will definitely return.”
Polite staff, very kind, 24 hours easy access, and the room was always cleaned before 12.pm allowing me to have an uninterrupted afternoon nap. The room was always spotless. Great opportunity for me to practice my Vietnamese with very encouraging hotel workers. Good people and a good hotel. And two adorable cats.
