“Rare gem in a heritage site”

Stunning location and views. Free parking, you do need to walk but it is a lovely one. Drop off bags then park. House exceptionally well equipped as was the hosts own home for 8 years. Great kitchen and family dining inside and in two areas outside. This is a traditional rural home in a mountain village on a street dating from 11th century so don't expect a hotel, expect a home with character, colour and authenticity. Friendly locals, order ensaimada from the village bakery! A wonderful shop on the right, further down from BIP has truly incredible fresh veg and local cheese. Prepare to be stunned at the low prices of drinks in cafes. Try and at least attempt basic Spanish as it is appreciated. The house itself is just wonderful. So much nicer than the photos show. We would book again in a heartbeat if ever back in Mallorca. This is a rare find, a UNESCO world heritage site, non-touristy village with great connections to Palma and Soller.

House had a lot of character with authentic furniture in the dining area and real wooden table on patio. Courtyard was very cozy and terrace upstairs had stunning views of Bunyola.

Everything is perfect. It is difficult to park, but the house worths it.

we had a great stay, although only for 1 night. loved the old stone cottage, it’s an experience to stay in an old cottage like this. there is no parking close to the property and it was a tiny bit hard to find as it’s not on a road but rather on one of those old stairs with stone houses on either side. it was a hot day and the inside was cool and soothing. absolutely loved the courtyard and the roof terrace with the views and listening to the old church bell. the kitchen had everything we needed for our 1 night and beds were very comfortable, they were on 3 levels with steep stairs but easy to manage (one couch bed in basement but nice and bright, one double on ground level and 2 singles on first floor). the bathroom was lovely and clean. loved all the little features in the house, it felt like a very loved house and very cosy.

Excellent location for exploring the island. The house is in beautiful surroundings, well-maintained and has two terraces - one has a great view and the other can be used when the wind is blowing as it shields you wonderfully from it. The reception of the keys and the communication with the person in charge of the house were easy.
