The location, the surrounding countryside and peace and quiet, the fact we were right on a working farm and Jeanette gave us a tour of the farm which was really interesting - plus sitting in the garden to watch the sunsets. Our hosts, Jeanette and Floor, could not have been more helpful, friendly and generous.

I liked that the B&B is in the country. Also that it is on a working dairy farm. Everything we needed was supplied. It was easy to talk to Jeannette if we had any questions. It was very comfortable and private. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautifully equipped house booked through Booking. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and it was located in a stunning, lush green setting that felt like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with all modern comforts.

The location is absolutely superb, only surpassed by the hospitality of Jeanette and Floor! From fresh milk off the farm on arrival to boxes of toys for the kids to play with to a really engaging tour of the farm. The interior of the house is so stylish and compliments the surroundings. This property is warm and has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Highly, highly recommend staying here, and we most certainly will be again.

“Great trip at the farm”

We had a great time here. The farm tour was a nice addition. The house is cozy and comfortable and the area is super quiet as there’s no neighbors around the farm. We rented bikes from Jeannette and did our traveling with them, Utrecht is 20 min bike ride and there’s a few restaurants a few mins bike ride away

It is a very special place run by an extremely kind host. A piece of nature near Utrecht. We enjoyed both homemade milk and eggs, a tour of the farm, and the chance to use a Dutch bike for the first time in our lives.

“Exceptional Farm Escape!”

Beautiful country home with stunning views out every window. The home is roomy and every detail has been thought of. It is very clean and quiet. Has great wifi. It's private and quiet and feels homely and relaxed. It was the perfect place for my family to recharge after 32 hours of travel from Australia!

Being on a working dairy farm was so interesting. We and our grandchildren were shown around and could take part. Jeanette and Floor are so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Quiet countryside and farm land. Easy and lovely cycle rides to Houten and Utrecht as well as the train station in Bunnik. The accommodation is bigger than the photos depict. It was so well equipped and had much more to make self catering easy.

“Charming house on countryside with amazing hospitality”

It is a charming house with a spacy living room and a beautiful kitchen. The sofa and the armchair in the living room are extremely comfortable. The beds in the 3 bedrooms are excellent. The entourage is great, anywhere you look you see the green grass and a beautiful garden. It is really relaxing without any urban noise. Utrecht centrum is 15 minutes by car. Our host Jeannette was extremly hospitable. The house made milk and the eggs were fantastic. She showed us the farm and it was really interesting to hear about how our hosts handlings the cows and the farm.

Very comfortable, peaceful place to spend the weekend. Very rural, on a farm but only a 25 minute cycle into Utrecht.

Super sympathic host, we did not miss anything. Exceptional beautiful location with a lot of animals. We dreamt very good AL that farm. We recognized a high reactivity on our contacts (WhatsUp, telephone,...) and on top of this there was always time a pleasant talk. We got super fresh eggs and milk direct from the farm. It was so nice that we intend to come back with our family.
