The location and Jame’s kindness and helpfulness! Bread, fresh milk, and fruit cookies were waiting for us upon our arrival. James welcomed us with great kindness and a lot of humor. Also, his tips on sightseeing were very helpful.

Where do i start? This house is amazing. I loved it the minute I walked in. It's perfectly located just off the main street. It was so clean, the rooms were amazing & the beds were so comfy. The host James was beyond helpful & the little things that were thought of down to the pancakes & jelly's left for my two children was beyond thoughtful. I stay in bundoran every year & stay in a different house every time this by far was the best all-round & i will certainly be booking this house for next year.

“Beautiful House”

Everything about this house is perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and spacious and centrally located close to the beach and main street, however quiet at nighttime James was so helpful providing a cot, changing mat and highchair for the baby in our group. He also left a welcome pack of food and cookies, which was greatly appreciated. Loved all the decor in the rooms and the toys and books in the main lounge area. Book this house you will not be disappointed.

So Cosy like a home from home 😊 heating system is perfect, it's an extremely spacious house and the beds are very very comfortable.. the location is literally just a 3 minutes scenic walk to the town centre, there's a local newsagent 1 minute away James the host is very friendly and helpful .. thank you for a lovely stay

James and Kathy were really friendly and great hosts. There home was so beautiful the pics on here don't really do this beautiful family home justice. It was fantastic and the location couldn't be any better

We were met at the property by James. After a quick tour of the rooms and facilities, a rundown of the no smoking rule, we were given the keys, and that was it. James was the perfect host. There was tea and coffee in the kitchen, fully functioning kitchen with a microwave if your not up for any cooking. The house was bright and airy, very clean. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket. A couple of minutes to the beach. Perfect location.

“Fabulous family home in great location”

The house is in a very good place, just down the bottom of the town. It was very handy for us to be able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in Bundoran. We were able to park for free right outside the property, though not sure if that would still be possible during the high season. We were welcomed by James, the host, on arrival, who was friendly and jovial. James had also been very good at communicating information prior to our stay. The house is an older, large building, but has all the mod cons (x2 ensuite shower rooms, and x1 full downstairs bathroom). The kitchen is huge and very well equipped. We were surprised and delighted to receive a lovely welcome pack with the basics + a few extras. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds. The house was immaculately clean throughout. Having a small garden was a bonus - allowing us to make the most of the sunny moments during our short stay. There are two sitting rooms in the house - only the smaller one has a TV. The second lounge links through to the kitchen and is also large - more of a family/games/quiet room, but gives travellers the choice of being able to spread out. We were a party of x3 couples and everyone commented on what a wonderful house it was and we are already talking about when we can go back again.
