“A place to reset and find inner peace.”
The hosts (warm and friendly); the location (scenic and tranquil); the fixtures and fittings (in character with the house). An authentic Donegal experience! SuperValu was convenient to get 1 Euro coins for Hot Water and Heating. Look forward to going back - we would in a heart beat.

“Great cottage to stay in for beach walks, and enjoying the views in a peaceful location.”
What a gem of a cottage. We were met by Seamus cutting the grass who gave us a warm welcome, and had the stove lit. Eileen then came to show us the facilities. The cottage looks small from the front but there is loads of room, and the bonus of the attached annex was great. We were left a lovely welcome pack of milk, butter, crisps, fresh soda loaf and baps which was a welcome start to our stay. All rooms were a great size and the kitchen had everything we required. The cottage itself is starting to look a bit tired but that all doesn't matter because the location is amazing. The views from the cottage out the back is spectacular, and these can be enjoyed outside on the patio, or from the large sun room, which means it can be enjoyed all weathers. Short walk down the field and you are at a beautiful beach. There is no traffic about so it really is a getaway from busy life. Our hosts were so kind (they left a card and small gift for a birthday we were celebrating) and checked that we didn't need anything. We had 2 dogs with us, and it is the perfect place for them, with a garden at the back that they can run about in. We also had daily visits from Buddy the dog, who came to check on his new friends everyday.

“Magical :-)”
Where do I start? The view, the house, the lovely hosts, the beautiful fittings and even eggs, water, milk, bread and a cake in the kitchen upon our arrival - would not know what else to wish for! We have spent so many holidays in Ireland already, but never had the pleasure and privilege to spend it in such a beautiful house. We could not have had a better holiday. We enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was just perfect - also thanks to our very generous and caring hosts!
