“Clean modern hotel with exceptional food and facilities”

So many facilities! We’ve never stayed at a hotel with so many! Quite exceptional. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet selection we’ve ever seen and the à la carte restaurant is surprisingly great

The breakfast was phenominal and the cuisine tasty - there was something for everyone and anyone . Large choice , delicious and plenty . Staff professional and friendly . We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments with two balconies overlooking the mountains - modern decor ,roomy , AC , comfortable beds and well -insulated so you don't hear the other vacationers . Large games room and 2 jacuzzis . Even if the weather does not comply , there is plenty to do on-site . Great place to come for families with school-age children or for those searching for a calm oasis .

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were excellent, with a great restaurant and delicious breakfast. The spa was also fantastic and made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights, the room was nicely furnished and clean, and the bathroom was also in good condition. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very diverse, everything was tasty, with plenty of options to choose from - we were very satisfied. I rate the wellness area positively, refreshments (water) were also avaible. I rate this guesthouse as excellent. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by breathtaking Carpathian scenery. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also loved the spa area — clean, modern, and very relaxing. The outdoor heated pool with a jacuzzi was an amazing bonus, especially with the mountain views all around.

A wonderful stay! We wanted something that worked for us with small kids but that wasn't completely kid-focused and this was perfect. There are enough play areas (outside and inside) but the facilities are all adult focused (spa, pool, games). Everything is clean, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful - particularly Anna the receptionist who went above and beyond for us. The location is also great for nearby hikes, thermal baths and beautiful mountain views.

“We spent a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful ambience with very nice staff.”

The staff are all very nice and helpful. I don't speak Polish myself and was able to communicate very well with the staff in both English and German. There was a very extensive breakfast with cold and hot dishes, cerials, juices and much more. As expected, the Polish cuisine is very good. Our apartment was generously furnished. The housekeeping is excellent. And last but not least, there are plenty of parking spaces around the accommodation. So, that's enough for now ;-) We will probably be back.
