Nice room with a balcony with a great view, very friendly and helpful staff, a lot of diversity for breakfast. SPA which includes 2 saunas and jacuzzi was included in the price and was fantastic.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The services like saunas and jacuzzi were also great. The balcony was spacious. The restaurant was very cozy and the waiters and food were amazing (we had dinner as well). The room felt smaller but that didn't matter because there was everything what was supposed to be in it.

The room is very cozy, bed is comfortable. Restaurant inside the hotel is so good with a delicious local cuisine and mountain view. two type of sauna and not large jacuzzi.

Excellent location if going to the thermal baths in bukowina, few good restaurants and shops around, we rented a car and it is just a few minutes drive from zakopane, beautiful views of the Tatra mountains from our balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Included was use of the spa with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna which looks to be recently renovated and very clean. Great value for money considering how lovely the hotel is, would definitely go back and would 100% recommend it staying around the zakopane region.

“Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Tatras”

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the Tatras. Very easy access everywhere around, to the thermal baths, Zakopane and Morskie Oko. Quite big parking (even if it gets full!). Breakfast was amazing, with a majestic view to the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very big rooms and comfortable bed. They have a small spa area with jacuzzi and 2 saunas which were perfect after many hours driving.

“These were short but satisfying winter holidays.”

It was a great stay. The biggest and nicest surprise was the saunarium at the bottom of the house, we did not know about it before arrival. Although we stayed only a few days we managed to swim in hot springs outdoors in the Bania Bukovina, ski, and go hiking in the mountains. Moreover we discovered a new restaurant Wanta, not very expensive and with excellent home-cooked food., nearby hotel Rysy. The breakfasts in the hotel were also very good, rich and tasty. Only It would be good to have two coffee machines instead of one, taking under consideration the number of guests. The hotel is carefully designed, interiors are white and light, and based on stylised folk motives,
