“A beautiful housing near the mountains”
+ The room was very cozy and neat + There was a kettle and the basic utensil in the room + The beds were fine, we slept well + The bathroom was clean + The parking lot was convenient and near the house + The room was quite cold after we checked in. I got in touch with the help desk, they investigated the issue, answered quickly and politely, and the problem was solved. I liked this communication.

“Good place to stay and have excellent breakfast”
Excellent place and very good breakfast. Very nice and helpful people. The only thing what should be considered is the size of room. For a family of four with 2 children it was OK ......apart from that everything else was really nice!!!
