Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responded to our needs. The spa and the pool are a great hangout spot. the bed are very comfortable that we could sleep the whole day. The enviroment is beautiful and relaxing to be away from the city. breakfast is good enough

“Awesome Stay for Honeymoon”
I love everything. The ambience, the room , the food and the staff is so friendly. I go there for my wedding night honeymoon and requested cake/deco for my room and they give me cake eventhough it was last minute request!!And we enjoy our time at Japanese Village and Colmar Tropicale which is free if you stay at the hotel if not you have to pay for RM14 for adults

“Sometime, Money can't buy the enjoyment of being surrounded by such a great atmosphere.”
The building beautiful everything is nice, staff & the room superb only one thing the price for the dinner a little bit expensive, because we don't eat much even is buffet but overall great escape from busy city, but management should enhance the Colmar side to open more cafe or restaurant to hang around, but we do enjoy our stay thank you.
