“terrible stay”
Terrible Stay – Full of Insects and False Advertising! I had an absolutely awful experience at this place. First, the pillowcases were filthy, making me question whether they were even washed. The entire accommodation provided only a single small roll of toilet paper, which was extremely inconvenient. The worst part? The place was infested with rove beetles, which are highly dangerous. If they come into contact with your skin, they can cause severe blisters and skin irritation. I got a painful reaction from them! On top of that, the amenities shown in the Booking.com photos were either broken or completely different from what was advertised. Nothing matched the pictures! I strongly advise against booking this accommodation unless you want a disappointing and unhygienic stay. Think twice before choosing this place!

I can’t enter the suite actually because there already have guest in the suites at that moment.and now I still waiting for my refund.one month already pass..just don’t know how to react
