The common areas are a little too old and rundown. This place is too quiet and lack of people. The lift, upper floors common areas look eerie and scary. The rear of carpark also looks eerie.

“Comfortable with elevator to unit”
-Responsive and polite host -2 sets of keys per apartment so it was flexible for us going in and out -Fairly clean, slippers and hair dryer were provided, plenty of hangers -Unit was in Block A so there's a elevator. Most blocks in Silverpark are stairs-only.

We were told there was no wifi and we needed to bring a laptop to watch shows when we booked the unit. To our surprise, there was wifi and there was a smart tv. We were so happy! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Silverpark is a well maintained and beautiful apartments. The unit that we were given was also clean and comfortable.
