“Staff are not friendly or accommodating”
Over-charged. Also pushed to order food on arrival as were told kitchen closed in 10 minutes then they continued serving food for hours!

“**Avoid this hotel at all costs**”
This is, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was supposed to stay here for four nights (December 15–19) but had to leave early because staying there was simply unbearable. This hotel does **not** meet even the most basic standards. The four-star rating is completely misleading. Housekeeping was practically non-existent. When we returned to the room around 6:00 PM, the trash bins were not emptied, the towels were not changed, and the bed was not made. I assumed this was a mistake — but the same neglect happened again the following day. This was not an accident; it was a clear and repeated pattern. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were old, dirty, and falling apart. When I asked for a replacement, reception gave me a decorative pillow that was completely unusable. Photos are attached and clearly show the condition. The room smelled bad, was dark, and felt neglected. Breakfast was equally disappointing: poorly managed, no hard-boiled eggs, an empty hot/cold water dispenser, and no staff available to address the problems. I honestly do not understand what the money was paid for. This place is a complete waste of time and money. **Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.**

Location was perfect, peaceful, hotel is modern and rooms are big snd comfortable. Bed was cosy, TV directly infront of the bed was practical. So was the balcony.

“Short and sweet with hickups :)”
Very big room fully equipped and with a balcony. You don't get that very ofte. Very good selection of food. Something for everyone. Even though the restaurant was not full but the buffet was refilled regularly.

“Not a place to spend the holiday but good as a stop”
I wouldn't say it's the perfect hotel, but as a stop to the fibal destination it is ok. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Nice new hotel, room was enough for all family, additional beds (sofa) are enough for sleeping of adult person. Rooms are with some basic equipment for cooking. Satelite TV was appriciated (footbal - premier league).

“Great experience.”
Staff very friendly and helpful when we forgot some things at the end and had to come back. Also everybody speak english/german so there were no problems with comunication. Room was great, lots of parking space, great food.

“TOP PREIS, VERY CLEAN, VERY GOOD RESTAURANT, FREE PARING”
great hotel with fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Only 3 km by car from Hungary's largest thermal baths. Bükfürdó Thermal & Spa very clean, free parking in front of the door, including breakfast, very good value for money. Very good hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff and seavice😊

Hotel is in walking distance to the big factory in city. So I walked each day. Room door opens to outside, not to the hotel corridor.
