“Great location, excellent food, and nice design - I'd stay again ;-)”

Hotel has a very interesting interior design. Everything is clean, and the cuisine is excellent—especially the dinners. There is a wide selection and everything is delicious. It’s just a bit of a shame that dinner is served in the evening when you shouldn’t really eat much before going to bed. Lunch offers a smaller selection, but everything is still very tasty. Breakfast provides a wide range of options, though with fewer sweet choices. A big advantage is the direct connection between the hotel and the spa facilities.

The hotel itself is just a hotel, no better and no worse than other 4-stars hotels of this type. Simply average accomodation with average food, average staff and average service. What makes it exceptional is direct and unlimited connection with the thermal spa allowing a person to spend time acoording his/her imagination. Furthermore, hotel is equipped with the private small swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam chamber as well as some sport facilities. Overall, very good choice.

The hotel is located directly near the Thermal (you can walk directly to Buk Thermal). The hotel at the same time has their own SPA with Sauna and Swimming pool that was quite big. The breakfast and dinner were good with traditional Hungarian cuisine (nothing extra, but good).

Good stay at. The hotel is modern, clean, and directly connected to the thermal baths, which is a huge advantage. Room was comfortable, food is varied and tasty, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The connected SPA leisure centres are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Not cheap but good value for money – highly recommended for a relaxing spa break and food.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience. The value for money ratio is horrible. Bad quality in everything. The all inclusive part was not worthy at all, they did not prepare the very limited snacks because “in an hour there will be dinner”. Only one staff member was kind, everyone else rude. I really would not recommend this property.

“Excellent Stay at Hunguest Hotel – Eastern Wing”

We enjoyed a wonderful three-day stay at the Hunguest Hotel – Eastern Wing with the all-inclusive package, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a direct entrance to the thermal spa, which was extremely convenient and allowed us to fully relax throughout our stay. The cuisine was absolutely excellent – a wide variety of delicious dishes that pleased even the most demanding tastes. The staff were always friendly, professional, and very helpful. We especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing us a late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable. The rooms were clean and modern, with very comfortable beds that ensured a perfect night's sleep. Another highlight was the unlimited access to the wellness area, which we took full advantage of. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, excellent service, and top-class facilities. We will definitely come back!

We have known the Hotel ex Répce (east Wing) for few years now. The rooms have been very nicely renovated. The food was delicious as always and there's a wide range of meal choices (buffet style). The employees are very helpful and welcoming to the guests. The hotel is very clean. The spa entry is very simple using covered glass hallways. I appreciate the employees doing their best to speak English, German and Czech to best accommodate their guests. It's a great hotel and we will definitely return, but as we all go to a spa to relax and unwind, we should be mindful of the other guests.
