Great location, very helpful and friendly lady at the reception, great room, quiet so could have a good sleep (much needed when travelling) The shower worked perfectly, coffee and tea in the room, really perfect for any traveller passing by or staying for a few days. I will definitely save this hotel for my next trip :-)

Rooms were absolutely boiling, no air con. The fan in the room did next to nothing. Mates room was the suite, cooler room in general, brilliant giant fan worked well.

“A room that feels like home! (even if a little too hot)”
What amazed us the most was undoubtedly the equipment of the room, which had everything that was necessary for a pleasant stay (for instance, salt, dish soap, pans and cutlery). Moreover, the room was bright and spacious. Finally, the hotel was located nearby two major supermarkets. Thanks to that, combined with the room’s generous equipment, we could had dinner in the room and save few euros. That was great!

“Well located, comfortable stay”
Very well located, I was urgently looking for a stay in buhl, and booked this. I was very happy with what was provided : confort, walking distance to shops and restaurants, just a few minutes away from the train station and bus.

“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”
I booked the room while on the road. Arriving at the hotel half an hour later just prior to 10 PM, I did not manage to enter the structure. Apparently a code was required with which I have not been provided. The confirmation mail of the hotel itself referred to the booking portal who would provide me with the code. Contacting Booking.com resulted in being advised to contact the hotel itself. I tried to contact the structure by 1. calling the "emergency number" 2. sending a whatsapp, 3. through the link provided in the confirmation email received. Nothing. This was 2 days ago. Till now, NO reaction from the hotel AND from Booking.com received. Not to forget, that I had to pay upfront and the fee was non reimbursable.
