After miserable experience with 2 dark and far from clean hotels in the same neighborhood (comparable budget), Up America Plaza was like finding luxurious Oasis in a dessert! Super clean with modern design, bright colors and pleasant smell. Super friendly and helpful staff working at a reception. Quick and upgraded service. Just after arrival I got an invoice on my WhatsApp and.. picture from camera showing I accidentally lost scarf in corridor so had a chance to pick it up. I spent there 6 days and everyday was returning to my room really happy.

Classic breakfast, you can find what to eat. Large, spacious rooms. The entrance doors are not well insulated and you can hear everything from the hallway. The location is good for tourists, close to the congress

Basic breakfast but you find something to eat. Large, spacious rooms. Be careful, there are only Argentine standard sockets and you need to have an adapter for EU or US. I was able to leave my luggage for free for 4 days while I was away in Ushuaia

The room was big for one person and it is very nice that it has a kitchen. The location was nice, close to many attractions like Corrientes avenue and close to two subway lines. The bed was big and quite comfortable, the room has a nice desk where you can work if you want. Definitely the ratio quality price is the main advantage of this hotel.

“Comfortable Hotel”
I had booked a single room but was upgraded when I arrived. My room was large with a small kitchen nook. The matress was comfortable, aircon a little noisy, view was onto other buildings, wall safe was easy to use, bathroom was well equipped. The room itself was good, but the hallway was tatty, will plaster broken and peeling off the walls. Two elevators that worked well. Central location for the Monserrat area

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a free luggage storage facility where my bags were stored for several days. Breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. This location is a good substitute for more expensive hotels with gyms because there is one next to the hotel.
