Above all, the staff at the Park Hyatt are superb -- knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, and charming. Our room was extremely comfortable -- great bed linens and an intelligent layout and use of space. The breakfast was substantial and varied: what's more it was available until 11:00 am -- a generous deadline for which we were extremely grateful. Finally, this is a truly beautiful property, clean, tastefully decorated and maintained, and situated in one of the most elegant neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires.

“A relaxed stay in luxurious surroundings in a fabulous city location”
We loved having breakfast on the terrace in the walled garden. We liked that we could have options of buffet or table service and that if we asked, our waitress would try to find us a table outside. Our room in the new 'tower' was quiet, well designed and very comfortable. The art installations were an unexpected bonus. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but were delighted with the recommendations made by the concierge team, who we found very helpful and informative. Do have a drink in the hotel bar as the cocktail waiters are highly skilled. The hotel is in a great location and we found we could easily walk to many of this wonderful city's main attractions.

“An enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel in an excellent location”
Palacio Duhau is a beautifully designed and built hotel which oozes a quite charm and provides a very relaxing environment. We breakfasted each morning on the terrace next to the courtyard garden which was lovely as the breakfast selections were varied and of high quality. We would recommend a late night drink in the bar as the cocktail waiters are highly skilled. Service was reasonable given that the hotel was at full capacity. Our room was of ample size, very clean and had every facility we required. The bed was very comfortable. We were in the new 'tower' which is linked to the old part of the hotel by a 'tunnel' with a very interesting art collection. Situated in the Recoleta area, the hotel is in a great location from which to explore this beautiful city.

Jose was an outstanding concierge, as was maintenance. Fast lifts. Great food (but very expensive), waiters and bellboys too. The old gardens and all the old bits.

Location is good, a historical building in the heart of Recoleta. The rooms are big and well maintained, and the garden is very beautiful. The Staff is remarkably nice, very detail oriented and accommodating.

The building itself is stunning, the room was spacious and clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious, loved the bar as well, everybody in the hotel was so helpful and great, especially one of the men at the reception, we had the best stay and I will definitely come back here

“Beautiful stay and exelent service, but overpriced”
The restaurant, the brunch, and the personnel were all excellent! In addition, the concierge service was wonderful, as were the security personnel, the receptionist, and everyone else. The location is fantastic. The garden and the PALACIO section are both amazing! Wonderful greeting!
