The location was ideal for me to explore the city of Buenos Aires. We were and to walk to most of the attractions. Reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient. I must commend Ignacio for his outstanding service, going over and beyond. I had an I misunderstanding with my Booking.com reservation ad I wanted the suite fur extra room. He was very calm and explained this on paper to me. He is an asset to Mérit San Telmo. Breakfast staff need supervision and lots of training. Dirty tables, no cups and plates ( guests had to continually ask for them) there was no English breakfast tea for 2 mornings. The watermelon were large chunks of fruit on a platter. One morning the scrambled eggs ran out at 9.15sm. They did not replenish. The staff struggled to keep the breakfast buffet replenished

“Very noisy and ok breakfast”

The positive part is the location, with walking distance to everything downtown. But, the hotel is extremely noisy! You can hear everyone taking a shower and use the bathroom, and it sounded like people were coming in to my room when they entered the neighboring rooms! The room is spacious and clean, but bathroom is old and moldy. Breakfast is very limited. Would not come back.

Breakfast was really nice. It would be even better if they had any egg option. Location is amazing for sightseeing and for connecting to metro or busses. Enough room for both suitcases to be opened at the same time. Cleaning was through and items replenished on time.

Simple business hotel, has everything one needs. The location was good, many places in the city are easily reachable on foot or by bus.

“Excellent place to stay for a short visit to BA”

The room was very quiet. My room faced on to a light well, away from the front and I could not hear any street noise or any noise from other rooms. The air-conditioning made a little noise when on but easily ignored. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, only a 150m walk from Ave de Mayo and only a bit further to Plaza de Mayo. Access to wifi was good throughout the hotel. The staff were helpful.
