Lovely old property with a nice rooftop, spacious rooms and decent bathrooms. Very quiet which I needed after a busy few weeks of travel and meant the kitchen was always free. Pretty good location in Palermo soho, particularly convenient to have the subte station a couple mins walk away!

“Surprisingly nice”

This hostel looks and feels much better in real life than in pictures. The room I stayed in was well equipped and comfortable. The building itself is on the older side, but very nice.

The rooms were big and had high ceilings. Also had a big TV. The bathrooms were clean. It’s a quiet hotel so not much socializing. Kitchen had basic equipments. Staff was nice

Super clean and great location, walking distance to a lot of must see things, including the eco park. Excellent value for money and quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and helped us so much. They were so so friendly and always on hand on what’s app to help with anything.

The hostel is situated very well in Palermo, a nice and safe neighbour. It's close to the airport and subte. They have a nice common area and it was really quiet. I even had a room for myself. Everything was really clean and the owners are friendly and have good ideas for activities.

I felt right at home. It’s a very clean, warm and calm place, where you get to have your own space, yet you can enjoy the company of other travelers. Also, I have never seen a cleaner kitchen and bathroom in any hostel before!! 🤩🙌 The room and the shared bathroom has everything you need. Hooks in the right places in the shower etc. the whole hostel and room is quite impressive with a marvelous architecture and hip I nterior design. Bruna from the reception is the soul of this place and she makes sure you feel comfortable and is there, if you have any questions and always up for a chat. Gonzalo from the management also was super fast helping me out via whatsapp and very accommodating. They were so nice to let me have a later check-out which was helping me greatly due to weather conditions. The location is convenient. Subway and buses around the corner, also a supermarket is right next door. Thanks a lot. I will gladly come back.

“Really great value for money”

I really liked this hostel. Each room had AC and a tv. I was able to watch the formula 1 which I really appreciated! The building itself is beautiful and it is in a great safe location. The staff were really nice and payment was easy ( a link via stripe). The kitchen has a hob and some pots and pans. Shower was hot. The location was great and there were nice places to go nearby for breakfast

The staff was amazing and they helped us very well with problems along the way. I couldn't thank them enough.

“Comfortable, safe and very clean”

Lopez was extremely comfortable, safe and warm. It was very quiet while we were here so we didn’t meet any other travellers but we really enjoyed it and Buenos Aires so ended up staying 8 nights. Our room was exactly as per the picture. The heating was excellent and the room was very spacious with our own fridge.

“Excellent stay in Palermo”

I really enjoyed my stay at LOPEZ - the place is super clean, nice and modern. The room was very comfortable with a TV, towels, clothes rack, table and chairs, and AC, and the beds were very comfortable. The common areas were great and I appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee/mate! The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. There's also the rooftop area and lots of common area seating throughout the hostel. The location is good if you want to stay in Palermo but a little far from the city centre but the hostel is a few steps away from busses or the metro. This is my favourite hostel in Argentina so far!

All is perfect, location is nice, next to two metro stations and some supermarkets. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Internet is also fast.

“Amazing three weeks working remotely”

Had an amazing time staying at the Lopez Hostel. I lived here for 3 weeks and felt super welcome from the first day. Gonzalo and Caro have been very attentive throughout my stay making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for everyone who is looking for a quiet and clean place where they can meet people but also have space for themselves. For me it was perfect since I was working remotely from Buenos Aires. Thanks a lot for having me - I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone coming to the capital!

“Comfortable, peace and quiet!”

If you’re looking for peace and quiet then this is it. Comfortable clean room with AC/heat, multiply plug, tv and clothes rack. From my room I didn’t hear any outside noise and the terrace is lovely. I didn’t use the kitchen that much but seemed to have all the basics and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful.

“A safe, real value for money choice in Buenos Aires”

Although it is supposed to be a hostel, the only thing that you share is the bathroom and the kitchen. You have your own private room, which is amazing. It's also clean and comfortable. The staff are super helpful, giving you advice - practically guiding you through Bs As (a city that advice is super useful). They even found me a ticket for a River Plate match (cause I couldn't buy one from the official website)
