“Sent to a different hotel with no compensation”
When we showed up, they gave us our keys and we went up to our room to find it had never been cleaned (still had towels on the floor, the beds unmade). When we notified the staff right away, we were told they had no more rooms available and were walked over to a hotel around the corner. Instead of this 4 star hotel, we were brought to a hotel with an ancient elevator, two twin beds that were zip tied together, no seating area, no pool, and significantly worse conditions. Despite this change, we were offered no refund or at least a refund for the difference in cost for these two hotels. The hotel we ended up staying in was bookable for half the price we paid to "stay" in this one. Despite the apologetic woman at the front desk, this is pretty poor customer service to not offer anything in compensation.

Great city centre location. Lovely swimming pool next to the breakfast bar. Good value for money hotel for anyone looking for exciting visit to Buenos Aires.

“Reasonable stay at Buenos Aires”
Location is good. Very closed to AV. Cordoba, and convenience to get to sight seeing points. Safe at least early time. The door of entrance has been locked always.

“Disappointed!”
Breakfast very limited in choices and not very appetizing! Realise in future we need to spend a bit more per diem to get an acceptable quality of room! The tiny room came with an equally tiny bathroom with a basic shampoo(no conditioner) and a small cake of soap! Staff spoke very little English, no restaurant or bar (which I had not realised when I booked)! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I’m

“Good value but I would not recommend”
breakfast was so so. but very boring after a couple of days. Cleanliness was not up to standard. see photos of bathroom No bar. only a coffee machine was available . Lack of facilities for a supposedly 4 star hotel - maybe 2 star in my opinion. The mattess was oldfashione spring type and gave me a sore back. The blanket provided was shabby and looked like it has been used countless times without being cleaned. There were other hygene issues in the breakfast room - but I did not take photos of those issues.

When I went to ask for massages they said, the massages weren't available for more than 6 months. But in booking they are showing massages.

“Amazing”
The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic. Location is great, the hotel is closed to several stores, restaurants, and big avenues. Breakfast was outstanding and staff very helpful
