“Excellent location, but it’s priced low for a reason”
A mixed bag of thoughts. The apartment is great. But with loud vibrations running through the room all day until about 10pm this was hard to ignore. Communication with staff was also poor - questions not answered clearly. It was not a language barrier as we had no issues across other parts of South America. We really appreciated the early check in.

Unless I missed the instructions, it would be helpful to let people know that keys are to be collected from the garage next door.

“Excellent value.”
Great location with easy access to all areas. Had a large bed and plenty of space around for suitcases. A kettle and coffee machine provided and a fridge. Felt very secure. A good shower. Excellent value for money.

“Comfortable lodging conveniently situated for the independent traveler.”
This accomodation is very comfortable and is in a great location for exploring Buenos Aires. Although there is no front desk and the only 'staff' I met was the owner (I think) who was working next door, I felt perfectly safe here on my own. Tea and coffee and a small fridge are provided, and there are literally dozens of places to eat very nearby.
