The apartment is perfect but I could sugest for some things how to be and look more better...my first impression was a little bad because I noticed unironed curtains, window in one bathroom doesn't open, put some comfortable patio chair mars on the chairs at balcony, ....regarding we spent one whole month hear.... In general, total feelings about appartment,location and city is very beautiful and I believe I will come back and recomend to everyone to come and visit BA!!!

Nice and cozy flat, including sofas, a table, chairs and a kitchen. The kitchen had the basic utensils, a microwave, small fridge and boiler. Very good water pressure in the shower, although it took some time to heat up. Very well located, close to Congreso, and between the Microcentro and Recoleta. There was 24 hs a security agent to open the door. There was a shared gym and an outside jacuzzi on the 11th floor with a great view of the rooftops.

Friendly and efficient management and staff; 24 hours security doorman, great location and transport connexions. Metro, dozens of buses in a 100 metes radio. 30 metres to Avenida Callao, 400 metres to Avenida Corrientes, 10 blocks to Avenida 9 July. The Opera, cinemas, theatres are in a short walking distance. Supermarkets and all other sort of conveniences are around you.

I liked the security system and the friendly guard. Beds comfortable. Air condition worked well. Hot water abundant. Starbucks next door as well as many restaurants and mini markets close by. Walking distance to Teatro Colon (8 blocks) to get on hop-on/hop-off bus. Reduction in price if you pay in US cash as opposed to credit card. Reception changed US dollars for Argentinian pesos as best exchange rate.

We were on the first floor and the noise from outside traffic was really bad. The man who gave us our keys was extremely accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. A very easy property to gain access to. I recommend this place but ask for a room on a higher floor.

“It exceeded our expectations.”

We arrived early -way before check in time- and the staff members were helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to get an early check in, as we were traveling with a baby and the apt was available. We were very thankful to get the keys in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious. It was super clean and each room has its own AC unit. The location is perfect. Close to all the main attractions of the Microcentro, and with easy access to public transit. The neighborhood and the premises felt safe all the time, and the property is surrounded by different alternatives to get some groceries and even a couple of cafes literally next door.

“Fabulous value, well-located and appointed appartments”

Fernando and Javier are a delight to treat with. Likewise the security and housekeeping staff in the building. The location is great (tube, buses, supermarkets and downtown places of interest can be reached on foot). Avenida Corrientes is 4 blocks away and 9th July Avenue, 6 blocks away. The apartments are generously sized, have plenty of light and excellent facilities. I strongly recommend them!

“A great choice!”

Lovely flat. Had a very large furnished balcony with city views. Comfortable and well-appointed. The subway is 100 m away, there are droves of amenities and there is a supermarket open 24 hrs a day 150 m from the property. The apartments have day and night security. An excellent choice.
