The whole house is in really great condition, kitchen appliances are top notch. Tv so big you don't measure in inches but football fields. Beds were comfy, bbq and internal patio is a nice place, also a rooftop terrace is available but we did not use it much as it was windy. There is a GIGA garage that would easy fit 2 big cars (note that it's one after another not parallel) The apartment is located on the outskirts of a small village, and the center is within walking distance. We had a great time and definitely would want to go back next time we visit Tenerife.

“Well equipped house away from the main tourist area.”

The property was a family house in a residential street rather than a purpose built holiday home. The house was well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine & bananas were appreciated. The house was located close to the town centre, supermarket, petrol station and restaurants. The keys waiting in a lock box at the front door. The house was not located in a tourist area.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful house. Well equipped. Great Communication with the manager. The children loved it. Nice hiking around and the town has a nice rural vibe. Highly recommended 👌

The house exceeded expectations. In a quiet environment. Parking - there is always space on the street, there is also a garage. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, spices, coffee machine, toaster, modern refrigerator that pours water and makes ice), a spacious living room, a grill area, bedrooms - large, beds are comfortable, a large bathroom, upstairs you will find washing and drying machines, on the roof - a dining area and a place to sunbathe with loungers. The owner is very nice, the entrance is independent, but upon arrival we found a welcome gift - champagne and delicious bananas. Thanks for the welcome!

The vacation was absolutely wonderful! The place is very quiet and peaceful — perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. There were no issues with parking — there’s plenty of space. The house is three stories, spacious, and very cozy. The rooftop terrace with its breathtaking views was especially impressive — you could spend hours up there enjoying the scenery and tranquility. Inside, the house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, which is great if you prefer cooking yourself. The barbecue area is another highlight — an ideal spot for relaxing evenings with friends or family. There are also many beautiful spots nearby forshort trips.

“Very nice house in Buenavista del Norte”

Very nice house in Very good condition. Clean. Nice location close to a main road - good connection to other near by cities. Supermarket cca 600m. Parking in front of the house or in the garage. Fully equipped. Good communication with the owner. Excellent for longer stay.

“A well presented home from home”

A really well presented, clean and modern house. All the rooms were a good size and comfortable. Although we didn't use it, the internal BBQ area was a nice touch. The roof terrace was also a nice place to retreat to, to catch some sunshine. The location was very quiet with no disturbances. Parking is good but you will need a car here really as you will need to travel to get to a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

The house was incredible value for money, very modern and clean and the views from the roof terrace were exceptional! We've been in Tenerife many times but really enjoyed being based in (and exploring) Buenavista de Norte for the first time. We'd love to come back here.

“Amazing house!”

Amazing house! One of the best places I have ever stayed. Furnished beautifully with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The roof terrace is incredible. The views are just spectacular. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which is handy if you are relying on public transport.

Beautiful house in a small village Buenavista del Norte. Very clean, spacious, and well-furniture casa with an amazing host Octavio. He was an extremely polite, helpful, and simply beautiful type of person. Highly recommended for a group of friends! The terrace is amazing, love it. Definitely worth its price! If we ever visit Tenerife again, we'll for sure stay here in Octavio's house!

The house has a great location. The furniture and equipment in the house was quite new. We were surprised when we saw a grill place located in the centre of the house. We appreciated the big TV as well as Netflix that was included. They offer towells for you stay and they also gave us vine and some fruit as a present which was really kind of them. The kitchen was equiped for cooking quite well. There was also a icemaker. We used a parking lot in front of the house but there’ s also a garage. The washing machine was also ready to use.

Very nice Very nice property. Everything is quite new. Great roof top terrace. The street is quite loud in the mornings so if you are traveling with small kids or you like to sleep until 8-9 am this might be an issue but overall Buenavista Is an amazing place. No tourists at all! If you like to blend with locals and have a true genuine experience that’s a place for you.
