“Pictures can be deceptive. Smell is not good. Place needs deep cleaning and upgrade.”
Living room was nice. Lighting was good. Location was ok. Ayuk was a nice guy. Very helpful and available. However he has different standards than international clients when it comes to cleanliness.

The security of the property is very good. The property is fenced and gated and has CCTV to monitor who is coming in and it scares off intruders. We felt very safe and secured. The neighbourhood is safe. Along the main road which is a five minutes walk from the property, there are off licences, and a wine /whisky shop. In the evening they sell roast fish and roast beef (soya). The manager Mr Ayuk was very helpful, each time we had an issue he got it sorted and was very professional. Inside the house is very clean all the Air conditioning are working well and the high speed Internet is top class.

It's a lovely 3 bedroom guest house very spacious and clean. Not far from the main road and it was few minutes away from where I had my planned event.
