Proximity to bus station and old town. Clean and spacious.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities to cook your own meals. The owner is incredibly helpful, we were even able to do some washing whilst here. Would really recommend.

The property was close to the bus station and the beach. All amenities mentioned was available. There was even oil, salt sugar and all utensils for cooking.

I stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. By the end of my stay, it started to feel like home already. The host was very friendly and helped me find a parking space for my car. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed: kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The location is great: a bakery is right across the street, a supermarket is nearby, and the old town is within walking distance.

I'm using booking.com since 2014 and was always satisfied by the hosting and services provided, except this time. Thanks to booking.com I was able to refund the money for the period that I didn't stay, as if it were for the host's they wanted to charge us the money while we didn't stay there after they basically didn't offer any parking, a decent room with basic needs or any customer service. -host guaranteed in august that he’ll offer parking (I called him in August and texted him before booking, he said: for sure) -in september when I arrived, he announced me at 9pm after I called him and I told him that I’ll be there in an hour that there’ll be a self check in, the number of room of apartment wasn’t provided and to park the car wherever I find a spot until the next day -thanks to his advice I got my first fine in my life in any country from the police for parking -he initially told me that local police “is hunting foreigners” with parking, then after I told him that he promised me parking and to come with me at police as he speaks the language, he told me that it is my fault (car was still parked in a parking when police picked it up) -the room didn’t look like in pictures, the door was making noise, furniture was old, fridge was frozen and it didn’t cool (he told my father to defrost it himself…) -the room smelled badly, it smelled like viruses and bacteria, I wanted to ask for another room, but the host wasn’t available with any request. His main phrase “deal with it”. My ratings: -4 for accomodation (that place is not livable), -4 for customer care (it doesn't exist), -4 for trust. He promises you one thing and delivers nothing in return.

The balcony was nice and spacious, the room itself was quiet large and had enough room for all our stuff, the location was good not too far of a walk to the old town but not too close that it was too noisy. The host was also friendly and there was items at the front door that all guests could borrow which was very nice such as umbrellas, buckets and spades etc.

The location is very convenient, with the bus station nearby and several good cafes within walking distance. The beach is also not far away. There is free parking available, which is a big plus if you rent a car. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. On the first floor, there is a washing machine, and you can ask the host to wash your clothes. The host is friendly and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Room layout and design are also very good. After the first night, we extended our stay by two more.

The apartment was at great location and easy to access and find. The rooms and whole building was really clean and cosy and rooms were perfect for us. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had good time there and can only highly recommend Yeshill Apart & Studio to anyone visiting Budva!! 10/10!!

The apartment was nice, cosy and comfortable with a good amount of kitchenware to make meals. Sitting in the morning sun on the balcony was a great introduction to the day and handy for washing and drying a few things. It's close to the bus station, a supermarket and rest of the town. The hot water comes out almost immediately and is very hot so have to be careful not to burn yourself.
