The location is great, 5 min walking distance from the beach. The terrace and outside area is great, the kitchen is well equipped. The parents of the host are great, they came during the evening to replaced the gaz bottle just 5 min after we called them.

“Loved everything!”
Excellent location with sea view from the wonderful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. We also loved the barbecue in the garden and the outdoor shower. The apartment is very close to a lovely pine beach, which is not so packed like other popular beaches in Sardaigna and where there is a nice beach bar / restaurant. Teresa and her parents are lovely and super reactive.

“Outstanding!!!!”
Our stay was amazing!!! Teresa was such an amazing woman, she was always replying to questions and helping with a lot of stuff. Apartament was very close to beach and localized very well! Around was a bigger city which was good option for evenings! The garden was beautiful and sun bed was really amazing options for tanning. Nice and clean, I’m truly recommend! For sure will be back one day!

“Amazing place to stay!”
Loved staying here, 100% recommend! Beach and amazing restaurant just 5 min walk. The apartment has 3 terraces (front, back and on roof!), fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. There is BBQ if you want and a little nice private garden.Air con works well, if needed. 20 min drive to San Teodoro. There are supermarkets in town (if you can, drive to Eurospin),short drive or you can walk. Teresa is an amazing host! Very grateful to her for making our stay amazing.

AMAZING!!! This apartment is beautiful, and in such an amazing location walking distance to two different beaches. Sitting outside on the terrace is so relaxing hearing the waves. Had an amazing time and the owners were so lovely.

Beautiful area and amazing terrace for chilling. The see is very closeby. The owner Teresa is very welcoming and friendly, made our stay super enjoyable. We had a dog with us, who was very welcome too.
