“Best dinner in Iceland !”

We booked this charming, farmcore room, especially for the famed cooking skills of Niels, the owner. And were not disappointed, the lamb and cod cooked to perfection in a lovely setting. Parking right in front of your own entrance and plenty of space inside.

“Clean and fresh”

During our trip in Iceland, we stayed in many cottages and this was one of the good ones! The air in the room was fresh and the shared kitchen and bathroom worked great. Everything was also clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was also very helpful and gave us good tips for our next destination.

The place was easy to find. About 10 minutes drive off the main road in a farming land. Nice view outside. The cottage was small but warm. Kitchen was also small but has most of utensils needed. The host was nice, provided a regional map and some tourism information.

It is an old house, full of old and interesting decorative items. The house is very clean. We felt very good here.

Host is very generous. He lets us upgrade room type without any extra charge. The room is good. And dinner is very delicious! We strongly recommend this hotel!

Lovely scenery, clean and comfortable rooms and the best food we had during our holiday; everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.

The beds in Europe are too soft to sleep in

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms was very nice and cosy.

Very interesting experience of staying on a farmhouse. The room was definitely better furnished than what I expect. The bed was super comfy and the sheets are very very clean.

Good breakfast with local products. Very tasty lamb smoked bacon and fresh bread. Calm and atmospheric big valley.

Beautiful landscape, extremely quiet and comfortable, excellent cuisine, friendly welcome, valuable advice.

The host is super friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, but the mountain views are amazing and the place is very peaceful. There are also two cute little lambs on the farm, though you can't get too close. Overall, it's a great spot to relax. Highly recommend!

The natural landscape around the cottage is amazing. It’s secluded and wonderful for resting and enjoying the environment. The hosts prepared a wonderful dinner for us, which was a highlight of our stay.

Cozy cabin, crisp clean sheets and towels, hot shower and very useful little kitchen. And of course, the dreamy property. But best of all was Niels, the host. A beautiful positive soul. Thank you for your kindness!
