Very nice owner, coffee, tea, shower gel, towels you name it. Apartment fully equipped ready to live. Good location, near public transport, underground garage assigned.

The sofa in the living room, which we slept on, was quite hard. That’s the only downside.

The apartment had all facilities we needed and the host was very nice and communicative! One nice perk was the private parking lot, which was very useful for us.

The garage as we didn’t have to worry about where to park the car. It’s easily accessible from the apartment. The apartment is cute and warm (we stayed in December). It could be a little bit cleaner but it’s some minor things. Generally speaking, it’s clean and tidy and Peter is a great host.

Apartment is spacious, has all utilities listed, clean and comfortable. Parking space included which was in a safe garage-main reason why we booked it. Its about 30-40 mins from the center by foot which is not ideal but perfectly fine as this information is known upfront. Host was amazing, kind, friendly and very professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was as expected. The host welcomed us and handed over the keys. The apartment was simple but spacious, bright, and equipped with everything needed. The parking is a big plus. The area is a modest, unpretentious neighborhood, yet rich in history. Fully functional, with a market, shop, a bus stop, and a metro station nearby.

Bright and clean apartment on the excellent location for exploring Budapest on foot. Parking place in garage is a great plus for everyone coming with car.. There is Lidl, market, stores and fantastic bakery nearby. Center is 20 min on foot or you can use metro station on green line. Apartment is well equipped and warm.

It has an underground garage, the apartment is clean an cosy. Very good value for money. The host is a great guy, very polite and helpful.

There is everything you need: coffee, cream, towels, a lot of stuff in the bathroom, etc... The host is very friendly and supportive. Comfortable safe parking..

Peter is super! He speaks english fluenty. Apartament is in a very good position. 5 minute walk to sub way o 10 minute walk to city center. The garage is a must! Easy to park and safe. I think we will came to Budapest and Peter will be our future choice!

“Perfect location. Immaculate apartment”

Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustel, but in walking distance to the centre and Danube. The apartment is immaculate with air con in the bedroom, which was perfect for the hot evenings. Private indoor parking, which gave us some peace of mind. Peter, our host, is fabulous. He gave us information on how to get to the main attractions, including the Flipper (pinball) museum, which my husband was keen to visit. We had trouble with the washing machine (us being dumb, nothing wrong with the machine) and messaged Peter for guidance, and he replied very quickly and answered our query. Can't recommend this property and owner enough....it was perfect.
