Location was great and very easy to walk around. Staff all very friendly and efficient. I really like the AI WhatsApp assistant for any issues or questions which were directed to the front desk. Breakfast was excellent!

The staff were in regular contact until our arrival, honoured my request for an upgraded suite which was stunning btw. Building is located down a lovely quaint little street near Buda castle. Room was very clean jacuzzi bath was a lovely room feature, food at breakfast was very high quality. Ate one evening meal there which was fine dining and amazing tastes. As we had an early return flight home they even made a breakfast to takeaway. Would def recommend.

The man that greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel was very kind and willing to assist us. The breakfast was just nice, nothing crazy. The buffet was disappointing, but the hot dish served was nice. The location is 5 minutes away from the fisherman’s bastion BUT very far from the actual city centre. The staff was very understanding when we missed our check out time, thinking we had booked one additional day.

“Atmospheric Hotel with an Amazing Cuisine”

Perfectly situated hotel in Budda, the very center of the oldest and most beautiful part of Budapest. The hotel boasts wonderfully prepared breakfasts and dinners (the latter is paid separately, however the discount provided made its price attractive as compared with the food in the city). Rooms are clean and spacy, showers and toilet are contemporary. The hotel has a small but cozy inner yard. Very friendly and helpful staff. You are given a special wardrobe tag against your suitcase left at the reception after a check-out to identify the owner

“A great experience”

This small hotel was excellent for our stay in Budapest: ☆It is ideally located in the Buda area of the city. ☆The staff were friendly and very helpful. ☆The restaurant was very good. ☆The rooms were individually furnished which gave them character ☆. The fairy lit courtyard outside our room made it very atmospheric. ☆Very good value for money ☆We loved the whole experience and would highly recommend it.

It might be marked as 4-star, but it is definitely a 5-star hotel in any aspect possible. The location is beautiful and central, the room was wonderful and highly maintained but most of all the staff! We haven't experienced such service both in friendliness and professional aspects anywhere. HIGHLY recommended.
