Overview
Offers modern apartments in a turn of the century building of Buda, Five Season's Apartment are 150 metres from the Gellért Thermal Bath. Air conditioning and free WiFi are provided. “Good location, poor maintenance.”
Location was good. View of the Cave church and a corner view of the Danube. Stores, basic restaurants , bus and tube stations right below on the main road. The checkin instructions were good and the host responded easily.

“Beware!! Check-in Nightmare”
The check-in instructions stated to provide 30 minutes' notice to the host. While we didn't realise this requirement until we arrived at the property, no problem, we contacted the host and waited for the 30 minutes. The host did not contact us during this time. We then made numerous attempts to reach the host over the following 30 minutes with no luck. The host did not respond until 1.5 hours after our initial contact, by which time it was too late as our young baby needed accommodation asap. We were left with no option but to find alternative accommodation at short notice. To add insult to injury, the host is now denying any inconvenience caused, and we are currently in a dispute to obtain a refund. Based on our experience, we strongly advise caution when booking this property due to the unreliable check-in process and lack of communication.
