The apartment was clean and modern, very bright and with all the useful facilities, in a very good location. the only thinkg I would fix is adding a window curtain in the bedroom because in the morning the sunlight is strong and can wake you up quickly

The location is good and easy to drive from the scenic spot. The large hall has a locked luggage room for luggage storage.

Our stay was nice and enjoyable! The living room was very spacious and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The staff at the reception were really nice. The location was very good for us as there was a bus stop nearby and the buses were very fitting for the itinerary we had. There were also stores nearby such as coffee shops, bakeries and a McDonald’s.

Location is quite central. 24/7 reception is appreciated. Apartments are roomy.

“Best apartment in town”

We stayed at Corvin Plaza Hotel & Suites on May 23 and 24, booked through Booking.com. In the middle of the night, around 1:15 AM, four unknown adults with three children suddenly entered our apartment – while we were asleep! They had a working key and walked all the way into our living room. Thankfully, my husband woke up, confronted them, and they left. After this terrifying incident, none of us were able to sleep anymore. We felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable in the apartment. The next morning, we reported the incident to the reception. At first, they acted as if it couldn’t be true. But after checking the security cameras, they admitted the guests were probably meant to go to a different apartment. Shockingly, their key was able to open our door. This is absolutely unacceptable. Guest safety should always be the top priority. The fact that keys can open multiple rooms — because different agencies (like Airbnb and Booking.com) rent out units in the same building — is extremely irresponsible. To make things worse: we received no compensation. We are very disappointed and want to warn others about this serious security issue at Corvin Plaza Hotel & Suites.

I liked the apartment and facility. The door lock was a bit strange and needed a lot of tries to open however the room was great, weird that we didnt have a balcony when I was in a deluxe room however the room was good. The receptionist when I first got into the property informed me of a deposit and my card kept not going through and she kept persisting she wanted cash. Eventually with a different terminal the payment went through. When we departed I was told the deposit would come after a few days but yet still waiting for it.

“Only about towels and bathroom”

This was a nice apartment, the only negative thing I can tell is for extra towels they want extra money. There is one big towel for each person. Under the washing machine alot of soup comes out all the time to make the bathroom floor sticky, although we did not use the washing machine.
