Overview
Located above an à la carte grill restaurant in the Castle area, Baltazár Budapest provides tastefully furnished en suite accommodation units. Free WiFi is available in each unit. All rooms and suites are individually decorated with warm colours and elegant furniture, as well as cable TV and a small fridge. The bathrooms come with a shower cabin or a bathtub. À la carte breakfast is available in the restaurant on request. Daily breakfast is included in your reservation: freshly baked croissants, jam and butter, one glass of orange or apple juice, one hot drink – specialty coffee or a tea, and a bottle of clean water. The Hungarian National Gallery is a 15-minute walk from the Baltazár Budapest, while the River Danube is 1 km away. The Parliament and the downtown of the Pest side can be reached within 30 minutes on foot. Public parking is possible on site.

This time was the 3rd time in Budapest... and I think this is one of the most amazing places where a tourist can enjoy his/her trip... The most lovely staff...particularly the guys from the reception🤗 and of course Ben :) you are the best !!! Delicious food, cozy and stylish hotel...For sure I will be back !!!

“Excellent choice of hotel”
Beautifully decorated, everything of a high spec. Great location close to St Matthias church and Fiahermans Bastion. Great family rooms which comprise of 2 large bedrooms - ideal for families with teens. Staff are very obliging. Lovely boutique hotel

It's situation, the rooms were stylish and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and well presented. Lovely warm relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent and a relaxed atmosphere.

Located next to Mayor office and Ministry of defence,very close to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle.If you are with car note that the Castle hill district is with limited access, but you can get pass for the hotel parking.The rooms are big and cozy, comfortable beds/mattresses.The rooms are art decorated with style.Super friendly staff.The area around the hotel is beautiful,clean with perfect view to Budapest.The owners of the hotel Zsidai Family owns Jamie's Italian (Jamie Oliver collaboration),Pest-Buda and 21 restaurants in the same district, which you must visit too.We had perfect vacation in Budapest.Thank you!

I was so happy and pleased staying at Baltazar. Right from my check in until I checked out, I had an amazing experience staying here. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully maintained and holds a unique character and style which I really loved. One thing that’s worth mentioning is also about the food at the in house restaurant. I did not feel like eating from anywhere else after having the food from the Baltazar restaurant. Absolutely delicious. They had a very good breakfast too. Thanks a lot for the excellent service.
