It's probably the best location you can stay in Budapest. Andi, the host is exceptionally helpful and caring. We had the most comfortable stay as the apartment has all the facilities. Andi's hospitality and the comfort of this apartment has definitely tempted me to come again.

The appartment was one of the most clean I've ever seen. It's location was ideal, 2 minutes walk from the city center, in an neighborhood fool of life and provisions. It included every convenience anyone could ask, from washing machine to a fully equipped cuisine. Communication with Andy was direct and the host was willing to solve all of our issues. I strongly recommend this apartment if you're planning a trip to Budapest.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of town close to restaurants and good coffee shops. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the bus which was only a very short walk away - easily done with luggage. The building also had a lift which was a relief to see when we arrived with heavy luggage!

The apartment was fabulous, spotless clean, comfy bed, we have everything we need during our stay. Location was excellent, walking distance from all the tourists attractions. Airport bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Andi, the host was amazing, respond quickly if we have questions or any concerns. Definitely we will stay here again if we come back to Budapest. We spent 2 nights in Andy’s apartment and it was a pleasure to be there. It is placed basically near the main centre and maximum 10 minutes to all Budapest most famous places. When it comes to the apartment itself it was really cozy, perfectly clean and have all of things that you need for the stay. Even the umbrella which I have never see anywhere else. The owner was so nice , she send us precise instructions how to find the apartment witch help a lot. For sure I will recommend this place to everyone.

“Outstanding self-service apartment in super central location - highly recommended!”

A friend and I did not want to stay in a hotel, hence specifically looked for a self-service apartment in a convenient location. We were so delighted that we chose Andy‘s apartment which is absolutely outstanding. We couldn‘t have been happier staying there. The apartment (in the UK it would be classed as a studio) offers plenty of space and has all the facilities that one might need (the kitchen has everything one might require). It was very clean and modern and the location was very central (one can pretty much walk to all the sights). Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also must say that I was a bit worried that I might be cold in the apartment (I am cold easily so going away in January was risky), knowing that home owners often try to reduce heating costs, but thankfully Andy‘s place was warm (Heating was set up, we didn‘t change anything.). Wasn‘t cold at all in the apartment which is a big bonus for me. The host (Andy) is very helpful and very responsive. Communication via WhatsApp was highly efficient (no issues whatsoever). Besides telling us how to get into the apartment (all super easy and straight forward), Andy also kindly provided great information on bus services etc. Brilliant host! Thank you so much, Andy. We will definitely try and stay in the same apartment when we return to Budapest. Highly recommended.

“Excellent place”

We had a great stay. The host is extremely kind and always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips and recommendations. The street can be a bit noisy, but the apartment has very good sound insulation, so it didn’t affect our comfort. The apartment is modern, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in Budapest, and I would recommend it.

Conveniently situated near public transportation — including the metro, bus, tram, and airport shuttle — as well as numerous eateries and nearby supermarkets. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host, Andy, provides very clear and comprehensive guidance to the apartment. Although we haven’t met in person, he responds promptly to any queries and is always helpful. He even graciously allowed a late check-out at 3 p.m. after confirming the next guests’ late check-in.

“Great Central Apartment”

Great apartment in a central location, very clean and walkable to a lot of attractions/site seeing locations

A very pleasant quiet location next to a lovely park and within a 10 minute walk to the old town centre. Special thanks to Ibrahim who was available to supply any extras that we needed. Booking in is easy and a key card is supplied by a machine in the hallway.
