“I'd definitely go again!”
Nice people, nice breakfast, the room was fine. The shower worked well. It was possible to park on the street right outside. The bar as full of locals. A shout out to the singer on Saturday night who mashed up "American Pie" with "The bonny banks of Loch Lomond!" It was nicely decorated by somebody with a good eye for decor.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Brig & Barrel. Staff were friendly and good food. Very busy bar but lovely pub garden which we were lucky enough to sit in as the sun was out.

“Central and modern hotel”
Modern and clean hotel. Lively enough bar and beer garden but not too noisy. Staff all very nice. Excellent cooked breakfast.

“Great place to stay on the Moray Coast Trail”
Lovely place to stay on the Moray Coast Trail. The bar was open late and the landlady put us in rooms away from the bar so it wasn’t noisy, much appreciated!

“Exceptional, glad we found you.”
We thought the welcome from Donna and Lisa was exceptional. Very homely, cosy and clean. Fabulous Scottish breakfast, served by a very friendly waitress.( sorry didn't get your name) Pub side of business is very friendly. The owners are fantastic too .
