“The lodgings were excellent, but the location was not.”
The staff is outstanding! Ivan couldn’t do enough for the guests. The maid service was the best I have ever experienced in Mexico. Our unit was bright and spacious. It was so calming to look out over the ocean from our balcony.

“Perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation with a warm and welcoming staff!”
Professional, helpful staff. Ivan at the front desk was readily available to answer any questions and had great activity suggestions. The view from the room was exceptional and the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Beautiful sunrises from our patio!

“Poor customer service from hotel main office/outside management”
View from the room was nice, location is good, and staff at the hotel including the local manager was courteous and tried to solve the problem, however since he couldn't solve the problem (parking related), he asked me to call outside-management, who simply ignored my problem.

“Looking to book again next year!”
This is the place if you like a bit of solitude and peace and quiet. The city is close enough. This small, charming Mexican condo was right on the beach. Walk to conveniences or a short taxi ride into Centro Bucerias or La Cruz. Huge apartment with kitchen.Cleaning service every day. Super comfortable beds. Ivan, our 'concierge' was absolutely THE BEST!

The staff is very friendly and helpful 24/7. There is unlimited access to drinkable water. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds and pillows are perfect. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The view is amazing, you can meditate just in front of the beach. The only thing is that you can not swim into the ocean just in front of the condo, but if you walk 10 minutes by the beach, you'll find a restaurant and that's the spot to swim, though there still are some rocks, so it is recommendable to use swimming shoes. The public beach is 30 minutes walk by the beach, 10 minutes ride by bike, or 5 minutes by car, and is totally out of rocks and full of soft and warm sand. The beach is perfect for kids who can swim freely and very safely. I totally recommend Casa Maria
