The restaurant was good but the staff bordered on rude and the hot tub room we had was outdated and worn out and it felt dirty.

The excellent service from the front desk staff! Especially Marco! He did his best to accommodate every request. Very friendly! The breakfast was excellent and a very nice selection. Great location and very easy to get around the city!

“Good value”
We paid a little extra this time for room with a spa bath and it was super comfortable, it just needs attention to detail and minor small repairs, eg the tap control knob wasnt fitted very well and fell off.
