“The staff was wonderful, the hotel facility was clean & the bed was comfortable.”
The Holiday Inn staff was amazing and 6 stars for customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable beds & quiet. The only problem was Booking.com quoted one price and the holiday inn showed a totally different higher rate. I would not show up at another location with a Booking. Com reservation unless it is a printed reservation with all the pricing details and no hidden fees.

Breakfast was amazing with several choices every day. Staff was excellent, this level of service is above what we see in Europe. Really amazing!

The front desk allowed me to checkin early after a travelling for 24 hrs - much appreciated. The restaurant view is amazing as is the view from the rooftop bar & pool.

I had an early morning meeting (6:00 am) and there were no towels. There was no time to correct since I had sucha tight schedule. I had to use the hand towels after showering. Not what you excpect for your money.
