We stayed here as a family with small children, and this was one of the most beautiful and unexpected experiences we’ve ever had. The house had absolutely everything we could wish for – it was cool inside (a huge bonus in Spain!), beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. In the mornings, we woke up to a breathtaking mountain view and birdsong. The garden was our favorite part – full of fruit trees, peaceful, and magical. We picked cherries, had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the terrace surrounded by nature. Just a few steps away, there’s a small local shop where you can get anything you need. A truly unforgettable experience.

Absolutely beautiful. The decor was so tasteful and everything was spotlessly clean. Bubion is a gorgeous little village and perfect for hiking and just relaxing. Laura was an excellent host. Everything was perfect.

A home from home. Very comfortable bed with nice linen. Fluffy towels. Lots of homely touches. Well equipped. Very warm and cosy. Heating very effective. We lit the fire owing to the cold and gloomy weather but we didn't need to for warmth. Lovely hot shower. It was a perfect place to stay in bubión.

The apartment was cosy and clean. Everything was in place, coffee machine, dish washer, cleaning equipment etc. Laura left a bottle of good red wine as a welcoming gift. The fire place gave extra cosiness tot the room. We loved it.

This apartment was absolute perfection in every way. It was immaculately clean, had everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay, is full of character, and is in the most picturesque of locations. The kitchen was really well equipped with utensils, as well as coffee pods, olive oil, salt/pepper, laundry detergent, and we were even left a complimentary bottle of wine! The bed and bedding was incredibly comfortable - the best night sleep we’d both had in awhile! The host was also very friendly and helpful, and easy to message via WhatsApp.

Location was brilliant, the little garden attached was a lovely spot to have morning coffee, the kitchen was new, bed was very comfortable and it was very very clean. Loved our stay.

This apartment has so many positive aspects, including the facilities, layout and its tranquil location, the amazing fresh water from the fountain nearby, the cool temperature inside on a hot day, the spacious bedroom and bathroom, the cleanliness of the facilities, ready access to many trekking paths of the High Alpujaras, and the exceptional attentiveness of our hosts.

Location is number one. Two is the little garden that belongs to the apartment. Nice and so private. A lot of space. Good bed en fine shower. Kitchen well equiped. Nice welcome gift.

Beautiful rustic cottage, superbly renovated and decorated. Loved all the iconic artefacts and the traditional characteristics. Fantastic village location and ideal for visiting nearby Pampaneira and Capileira which provided a greater choice of restaurants and bars in the evening. Parking was always available on the little street and the village offers all the amenities you need, as does the cottage. The weather was good during our stay and it was lovely to have the garden to use as there is no terrace with the house. Would love to come back and the cottage really invites you to want to be there in the Winter as well with its cosy, homely feel. Excellent communication and prompt replies to our messages throughout.
