The bed fills the room so you're not staying in it for any length of time other than sleeping. Pros and cons re location... you are 10 steps away from the Grand Place. It's noisy until at least 0100. The spiral staircase up is very narrow so not for anyone that has shaky knees. Keep the bathroom door shout or the room will fill with the smell of cigarettes. The shower was perfect. And we appreciated the coffee pods.

I think the pipes needs a maintenance… I can’t describe the smell that went through the whole room during our stay…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Super small room. There is no place to move. The bathroom also too small. The separate shower with a glass to the bed does not provide any privacy. During the accommodation, we did not have internet and despite the complaints, they could not give us the correct password. We didn't have wifi or the possibility to watch TV. In addition, access with a super thin snail-type ladder, very difficult to climb with a small suitcase. Terrible

There were no internet at all! The heating was not working and the door was sooooo small that even can’t stay stand stay at the same time.. only the place and the location was perfect.. the stairs was nightmare..

The booking process was a nightmare, the Customer service kept asking for a credit card despite I had already provided it through the booking agent. Ended up paying twice and was told by email that I might loose my reservation for lack of payment. Impossible to get in contact by phone, endless loops of answering machines and no one answers the phone. When arriving to the flat, the staircase was so narrow I could hardly get my suitcase up to the first floor. The room was ok but I had to share it with an old sock and frankly I did not have a feeling the place had been thoroughly cleaned. All together a poor experience.

Location was excellent. Tastefully decorated. Check-in instructions were very clear. Although the room was small, it had everything we needed.

Too small. Very bad and dangerous stairs. No tissue, iron, tea/coffee was available in the flat.
