Rooms are generally in order & no problems occured, but to be honest they seem slightly better on Booking. Everything all right overall.

Perfect place with all you need for a short stay; close to shops an restaurants and the points of interest. Room and bathroom new and clean. Shared kitchen with free coffee and tea and cooking facilities. Easy check in.

We really really liked this place! Incredibly clean. Great location. Quiet but close to things to do. Incredibly helpful lady helping us out, replying immediately to messages. Really nice kitchen. I was doing a bit of work so had lots of space to work in. Great WiFi. Every other guest looked happy too. Nice little lawn would be good in summer. Really cool roof window and electric blinds. This place is really really nice and we will definitely recommend it and come back. Thank You! Merci Beaucoup! Also Brussels is great :)

The bed was super comfy. The room was very clean. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were all in good condition. The walls are thin indeed, but I was lucky that my neighbours were not noisy. Some people mentioned the lack of TV as a negative, but I think there would be more noise if there were TVs in the rooms. Free WiFi connection was good enough to make video calls and watch things on my phone. There were two remotes for the ceiling window, one to open/close the window for ventilation, and another for the automatic shutter, which completely blocks the view and the light from outside the window. I guess some people did not discover this second remote (or it is a new addition), as some previous comments complained about the sun shining on the beds, etc. The shared kitchen was also clean and tidy with all the necessary equipment to cook. The most critical appliances (expresso machine and kettle!) for new and in good condition. The location was

Very convenient location if your main interest is in the European quarter. Close to metro line that gets you to Grand Place and Central Station. The place has everything new and really is very clean and, I believe, under constant care . We could open the roof window for fresh air even under rainy conditions. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Kitchen/common space really nice and fully equipped. There was heating in the evening, so at night we had a pleasant temperature, which is not always the case in Brussels. Attention for details. 😊

There are many things to like about Private rooms - European Quarter. The location is convenient, as you can easily reach many parts of Brussels by walking, using the bus, or taking the metro. The area is very nice and safe, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants around the property. The kitchen and all the facilities are very well-equipped and everything is new and immaculate. I saved the best part for last - the hosts, Fehima and her family, made us feel cared for like in a five-star hotel. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon.

- Individual suites with a shared tidy kitchen. - Everything was modern, clean and well-maintained. The building seems to be freshly renovated. - Our room was spacious, and had everything we needed - modern bathroom, great shower - Great communication with the staff through the chat - even though it was not right in the center (25min walking distance), it was a good location close to several restaurants and dinner options (5min walking to Jordan Place) and transportation, if you prefer - Auto check-in was perfect for time flexibility - It was especially quiet because we were in the back house ('Emie' room). The one (Eden) which is close to the entrance seemed different, too close to the kitchen and common areas. - Saw some complaints about the lack of a window, but our room had a big windows facing the terrace

Location! Very neat and tidy spaces (the room and the shared ones). Very nice staff taking a good care of the guests, respecting their privacy. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.
