- The location of the apartment is very good, with a bus stop right in front of the building. It is possible to reach more central parts of the city within a 5–20 minute ride. The neighborhood is spacious, quiet, and pleasant. There are grocery stores within 100–200 meters. There are also several cafés very close to the apartment. - The building appears to be well maintained. We stayed in the ground-floor “Apartment with terrace.” The apartment was spacious, and the rooms had a good layout. - Both the sofa bed and the double bed were comfortable and clean. - Overall, the apartment had been cleaned well(except curtains). - There was a sufficiently large wardrobe in the bedroom. - The apartment receives a good amount of daylight.

Perfect for 3 people. Nice and spacious, excellent facilities, comfy beds and well designed space. Staff were also accommodating and helpful. Would recommend!

“Very recommended for a comfortable staying”
The home appliances (fridge, oven, washing machine) are very high quality. The room is cozy and comfortable. The location is ideal, very well served by public transportation. The staff is kind and always ready to help.

“Run”
This apartment looks nice and it is its only advantage. I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially that the price wasn’t the lawest.

“Good apartment in attic space.”
Good space and attic apartment was clean and functional. Good details on instruction booklet. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was an en-suite so,suited a family maybe not 2 couples. Second bed is a sofa.

Our residence in Newton Boutique hotel was just perfect for our needs in our trip. It had everything one might need to have a comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient

The apartment was very cosy and clean, and the location was great. You could find everything you needed and the staff were very helpful with the directions and assistance they offered. The neighbourhood was very quiet. We were very happy with our stay.

“Everything except the sofa bed was excellent and met our needs”
The only thing the sofa bed needs to be replaced with a new one, it was not comfortable and it was broken.

“Great and comfortable stay!”
Location is really great, very easily to reach and felt a really safe area at any time of the day. The flat was very cosy, nicer than the pictures.
