I loved that the hotel was located within a walking distance from the European Commission. That made my stay very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went an extra mile when I had a special request. The breakfast was really very nice, especially given the price. A comfy 3* stay in the center of everything.

“Unprofessional”
Horrible customer service… took my money and didn’t accept for me to stay. Promised to call back at least 4 times, didn’t call back. I’m going to contact my bank to deal with this. Very very disappointing, very unprofessional
