All was ok, walking distance to center and the hotel staff was really nice. We could even check in a bit earlier as our room was ready. Overall nice experience.

Quite central, easy to get anywhere. A lot of shops and cafes close to it. The room was clean, the cleaners seemed to do a very good job. The stuff always welcoming and with a smile. All in all was nice

“Great value for the money - highly recommend it”

The idea with the glass bottle of water that you can refill for free is a great thing. Usually we would find a supermarket and buy water and of course other things but this time no - which saved us money & time and kept us hydrated. We also liked the idea of free coffee, tea at any time & the treats zone - although we did not used but give us a nice feeling and we took with us every morning an apple or a banana without feeling shy. Had the best cherry tomatoes at breakfast. Highly recommend them. Breakfast is very nice - has everything one needs - all fresh & tasty. The room is clean, great bed, spacious bathroom with everything one needs. The hotel is situated 3 minutes ways from the Metro station Namur (Lines 2 or 6 to Elisabeth), 16 minutes walk or metro from Midi station (if you need to take the bus to the Charleroi airport) and about 10-11 euro Bolt drive. (2026) Also most of the sights are in walking distance - 15-20 minutes walk. (or metro/bus) The staff is very helpful and nice - always smiling in a real way and ready to assist.

The room was quite spacious and nicely furnished; I particularly appreciated the free water provided on arrival (something everyone should have). I was happy with the young, friendly and helpful reception staff.

Very central and comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet with many choices including hot food, continental choices, fruit, etc. Welcoming staff.

The interior design is surprising and welcoming in a quite "regular" street. Rooms are very quiet with everything you need inside; staff at reception and breakfast was very friendly and helpful; breakfast buffet with good variety and lots of fresh fruits, free coffee/tea/water throughout the day. Location is walking distance to the city center, also lots of restaurants nearby. Metro around the corner, Brussel-Midi station reachable in about 12 minutes.

Property was conveniently located closer to restaurants and shopping centres. The staff were helpful and friendly. Helped us with storing the baggage after checkout as well.

“Flawless cleaning and good position”

Very clean and comfortable bed, lovely staff, good breakfast and strategic position to get basically anywhere by walking or with public transport. Free hot beverage and snacks at the entrance.
