Beautiful B&B with private bathroom. The breakfast was so good and the host is kind and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with my stay there! I'm staying frequently in Brussels, and really appreciate that the place has a personal touch and the room has character - very Belgian. Location is very convenient, central but in a more normal area, close to the metro. Would happily come back.

Clean and comfortable with a good size room. Some nice extras….kettle, tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water. Very quiet and som good restaurants near by. Attentive and helpful host. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower.

Normally İ choose hotels, not house like facilities like this but this time I wanted to give it a try when I saw Villa 36 on booking İt was a nice stay Location is good, close to touristic places - on a very quiet street. We came from central station it was like 25 minutes walk. Stairs was not an issue for us.( no lift) Room size is good with enough storage. Tea coffee kettle in the room. Nice decoration and accessories Clean room and facility Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room didnt have a view just facing a wall even if it had it would probably face another building opposite, not a problem we didnt spend time in the room. Breakfast iş very different it is in the kitchen where there is a table and 6 chairs. The owner kindly asked us our preferred breakfast time and we changed it önce without a problem. We were alone at the table but I guess there might ve other people as well. The breakfast was really good, it had everything you could ask for with a plenty of choices. There was even a fruit salad.. Comfortable room and bed and a very good breakfast. The street is quiet at all times, even with a front room. A 10 minute walk to Grand'Place, slightly less to La Bourse.

The location was great, very close to Grand Place and to tram/bus/metro. The room was very big and everything was clean. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing, so many choices.

Big room, nicely furnished. Same for the breakfast room. There is some attention to beauty there. Good breakfast. 15 min by foot from central station.

Really cute, central B&B with very friendly and welcoming host. It was the perfect place for our weekend in Brussels.

Nathalie was a dream host, we were originally booked for two nights however the National Strike in Belgium forced us to move our travel plans and depart Brussels a day earlier. When we spoke to Nathalie about it she was very quick to respond and very accomodating, helping us to alter our booking through Booking.com. The room itself was modern, spacious and well-equipped. The B&B was located on a quiet street however was a quick walk to plenty of dining options and the Grand Place. Would highly recommend and stay here again.
