First of all - cleanliness. Everything was spotless clean - the room, the bathroom, towels, bedding and the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is great, everything is freshly made, the coffee is excellent. On every floor there is a little corner with the automatic coffee machine where you can make espresso, cappuccino, latte machiatto...through the whole day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, 2 mins walk from the tram station, but you are practicaly in the city centre so walking is also a very good option to explore the city. We will surely book it again next time we visit Brussels.

Firstly, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were beyond kind whenever we needed information or assistance with anything. Those interactions with the staff, although small, made the whole experience even the more exceptional, so much so that we regret not staying longer. Secondly, the stay itself was fantastic, we had everything we needed – the room was clean through and through, the bed was comfortable and the overall design and atmosphere of the room was tastefully quirky and elegant at the same time. The view was green and lively and the surrounding area, although packed with cafes and nice brunch spots, is somehow really quiet. The hotel has free of charge lockers downstairs, which was really helpful because we were able to take a proper stroll before leaving the city. All in all, a fantastic experience and we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Brussels.

Great stay in the hotel staff was very nice

Very good location, close to the tram station, with easy connections to the train station, city centre, and other parts of Brussels. The breakfast buffet was varied, perfect for a short city break. The bed and sofa bed (with real mattresse) where very comfortable. We also appreciated the coffee facilities available on every floor. The room was simple but practical, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and the self check-in/check-out process was smooth and convenient. Overall, a great value hotel for visiting Brussels.

The family room was lovely and spacious, had great facilities including a cinema room and gym. The breakfast was really nice and the kids loved the waffles one of the mornings. The coffee wasn't great however from the machine, we had to go to a nearby cafe to get a coffee.

The location was excellent. With public transport, you could get into the city and pretty much anywhere very quickly. The breakfast was very good, and everyone made a real effort to ensure that everything was always well stocked. The cleanliness was outstanding. Everything was constantly being cleaned, whether it was the room, the lobby, or the hallways. And the free coffee is an extra plus.

Even though the room was not enormous, the arrangement of everything in the room was very clever, making you feel it was way more spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Another plus was a share room on each floor with a free 24/7 coffee machine, microwave and filter water.

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is great.
