Overview
Set in a 19th-century townhouse situated right in Brussels' historical centre, Art de Séjour offers modern accommodation with flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi throughout 500 metres from the Grand-Place. Public parking is available near the accommodation. All units at Art de Séjour are non-smoking, air conditioned and fitted with wooden floors, a flat-screen cable TV, a work desk and coffee making facilities. A safety deposit box and large fitting mirror are provided. All rooms also include a computer. The rooms and the studio all come with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Breakfast is served every morning on site. A wide variety of cafés and restaurants serving Belgian and international cuisine is located in the immediate surroundings of the property. There are also serveral supermarkets within walking distance. The Royal Palace is 1.5 km from Art de Séjour and the European Commission is 3 km away. Brussels-South Train Station, offering Thalys and Eurostar high-speed train terminals to international destinations, is 1.2 km from the accommodation. Brussels Airport can be reached by train in 20 minutes from Brussels-Central Train Station (800 metres from the accommodation). Although the property has an elevator, the building is not suitable for guests with a disability.

“A perfect BnB in the heart of Brussels.”
This is a super chilled and extremely comfortable bed and breakfast, right in the heart of Brussels. The room was immaculate, spacious and modern, with all mod cons, a good shower and complimentary refreshments. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The accommodation is very near to the station (10 min walk) and the Grand Place and close to nice eateries and bars. Despite the location, we found our room to be very quiet at night too. Thank you Mario for the perfect stay!

This is a “run, don’t walk” situation!! I.e. if you haven’t already booked to stay here when you are in Brussels then you had better hurry up or you will miss out on one of the best stays you will ever be lucky enough to experience! This definitely beats staying in any hotel and you will feel like you are staying with your favourite uncle! Mario (the host) has created a beautiful B & B just off the main pedestrian passage into the centre of Brussels, the rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and decorated to the highest spec. Big, comfortable bed with lovely linens; tea & coffee in room, gorgeous Loccitane toiletries and delicious breakfast made for you by Mario! We loved our stay and can’t recommend a stay here highly enough!

Mario, the host and owner was very nice, informative about the city's areas, restaurants, attractions, etc. and easily reachable by text with recommendations, etc. when needed. The room was beautifully appointed. Modern and spacious for the money. Nice fridge, free coffee, tea, water, and soda! Nice quality toiletries. You cannot beat this. Everyone else gives you two bottles of water. Towels are changed everyday. The building is a a couple of blocks away from all the popular central attractions but you wouldn't know it because it's dead quiet but not deserted that you feel unsafe at night.

Mario was an excellent host. Always very obliging- even making us food to take on the train to Berlin. Our room was excellent - very comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel was easy walking distance to the Christmas market in Grand Place and other markets. Perfect.

Absolutely perfect stay , there is not one detail that we didn’t love from the Host to the room to the breakfast ! My Husband was waking up at 5 am in anticipation for the breakfast 🥞 If you have the chance to stay don’t think twice just book !

Spacious room and bathroom. Well stocked for in room tea/coffee making and with a few soft drinks provided. Small bottle of fresh semi skimmed milk also provided - why do even high standard hotels not provide this???
