“Excellent”

Excellent location and sizeable apartment. We were spoilt with a bottle of wine and speck on arrival. Apartment had a great view of garden and it was nice a light. Everything was spotless and facing a washer and dryer in the apartment was a big bonus .

Awesome location, lots of family activities and playgrounds nearby, enjoyed our time in Bruneck. The apartment was pretty clean and the kitchen is fully equipped

The place is very nice and super clean with all the needed equipment for your comfortable stay in it. We really enjoyed the location: you have guaranteed parking and also can find all grocery stores nearby. We would definitely recommend it and will come here again.

We were delighted with the stay overnight. Usually families expect to have practical things in apartment and easy access to shops and restaurants in the area but the "small things" our host Hannes provided (Gummy bears for kids and prosecco in the fridge) was the game changer for us. Location is super easy to find, apartment is roomy and with all the necessities family with 3 children needs (fully equiped kitchen, big refrigerator, washing machine and drayer, fully equiped 3 beds for 5 people to sleep (separate room with 2 beds was a bliss), free internet. Car garage is great option (in uknown town especially) for safe parking just 100m from apartment. The host Hannes was the best - forthcoming and helpfull. We do prefer less communication with people who kindly rent their properties (our 3 kids is enough communication to deal with on vacation for us) but Hannes was an exception because we felt really welcomed and taken care from the moment we arrived to the last second we checked out. Unostentatious kindness is a rarity these days therefore it was a really nice surprise!

Very clean apartment, perfect for our family of 5 to rest one night. Close to supermarkets, complete kitchen for us to cook our meals. Host was very responsive and always ready to help. Highly recommended staying here.

Large cozy apartment (big living room + kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom) It is comfortable apartment for 3-4 person. We loved this town and this flat. There is a bakery on the first floor in this building (by the way we recommend take a croissant with pistachio and a cheesecake). The owner of the apartment has always been in touch with us, sent a very detailed instructions and made us a gift (thank you very much! we are incredibly pleased!)

“A perfect apartment with a perfect host.”

The combination of a GREAT host with a GREAT apartment made it a superb experience for our family. The apartment is centrally located, in a new building, with a private closed parking with ski storage (for those who need it) in an underground parking 5 minutes away; the place looks great, is comfortable to the max, and even smells right (!). Everything has been thoroughly thought out with YOU, the visitor, in mind. When we needed our host he was there for us, immediately and impeccably. the place should be rated 11, not 10. It was beyond expectations.

Beautiful apartment with balconies overlooking some pretty gardens. Very short walk to the restaurants/bars and a nice cafe downstairs. Quiet at night and comfy beds with all the amenities you could need. Our host was great too, making sure we had all the information we needed. The town itself is lovely, very picturesque, we’d definitely stay here again.

The whole apartment is great, kept very clean. It felt like home. The host is very friendly and was always available for any questions and tips. The welcome gift was really surprising. I will book this apartment without searching for any others next time.
