Friendly service. Room, facilties, bed all clean. Great location within pedestrian zone. If the background noise of people chatting at restaurant tables in the street bothers you, there are roller shutters that cancel it completely.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Good location. It's in a lovely little town, easy to get to. The price was amazing, great deal for people on a budget. I got in contact as I had an issue and the owner messaged back almost immediately. The cleaner was nice in the morning. Overall I had a really nice stay, bar the couple issues. But would definitely return to this hotel if I were to come back again

Comfortable beds, coffee machine. Hotel is in main street in town center with all amenities around the corner. Our windows were to back yard, so was very quiet in the evening. Good value for money. Very close 5min walk to shuttle bus go to Phantasialand. Train station 10min walk.

Check in was very uncomplicated. The rooms are above the restaurant, so some noise from dining guests is to be expected. Light sheds are available to make your room 100% dark. Free coffee to use. I felt very comfy though, exactly what I needed after a though day. Thanks.

The location was perfect for visiting Phantasialand. The bed and storage facilities were satisfactory for a short stay! Staff were friendly and checking in was very easy.

That the wifi didn't work in my room. It was good downstairs in the bar. There was no breakfast but on the other hand there were plenty of excellent breakfast places close by.

Great location in the town of Brühl. Perfect for solo travellers. Easy to get the 985 bus to Phantasialand. Lots of cafes and bakeries nearby for breakfast too. 10 minute walk from Brühl train station also.
