The location was great, about 15 min. walk to the centre and to the train station. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was large and comfortable.

“Great find, on the outskirts of city centre with wonderful hosts”

Location just on the edge of the city centre only a short walk away was perfect for us. The street was quiet, especially at night, with no noise, meaning we slept really well. Everything was spotless. The hosts were very welcoming and the little surprise treat on arrival and during the stay were delightful. Checking in and out was really smooth. We did not have the breakfast so can't comment on this. The room was larger than expected with nice decor and furnishings. 24-hr access was convenient.

“Fab bnb in a great location”

We loved our stay with Bart and Magali who were welcoming and wonderful hosts. The room was large and luxurious. Every little detail was thought of including super soft towels and pillows, surprise morning pastries, local tips and tricks, and much more. The location is perfect, on the quiet end of a busy street close to a beautiful park. We'd definitely recommend the place and hope to stay again.

B and B was exceptional, very clean , owners were lovely and little extras like glass of vine or something in the morning made it so unique and thoughtful

Fabulous location 15min walk from train station and 10min into centre of Brugge. Fantastic host very warm welcome, exceptionally helpful. Room was wonderful, the added bonus was the sweet treats and wine. Breakfast was very good choice and plenty. Lots of recommendations for eating and drinking in Brugge.

Our host was very welcoming - complete with a welcome pack & chocolates. We didn’t have breakfast there but even so, juice & pastries waited for us every morning! The proximity to the old town was fabulous - so close to all the sights, traditional shops, restaurants and Christmas market. We really enjoyed our stay in The Madonna room

A cozy accommodation in a central location in Bruges. We walked everywhere. Our stay was wonderful and our host was always available to make us feel safe. At the end of the day, the best hot shower we have ever had was waiting for us!

We enjoyed our stay in b&b les invites. The owner was a very hospitable host, he gave us usuful informations about Brugge, about nice things to do around, about restaurants and other things. But the most amazing thing was that every day we had some treats by the owner!

First I would like to say the hosts were extremely friendly and most welcoming. Each day we were left treats such as chocolates, cakes, drinks etc. which was such a nice touch from the owners. Bart provided us with a fantastic breakfast each morning, and my wife and I had some great discussions with Bart, who is so helpful and informative. The property is beautifully decorated and exceptional throughout and the rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location is within easy reach of the train station and to the centre of Bruges, a great base for our daily activities. We would definitely stay here again.
