“Room full of character and interest.”

The large room is full of character and interest, making it a pleasant alternative to the normal corporate offer. Enjoyed listening to the music tapes, and attempting to climb up the steep staircase to the bed! The owner is welcoming and was kind enough to allow me to store my cycle inside his property. Good breakfast delivered to your room. Great location just a short stroll to the centre of Brugge. Would recommend.

“Lovely stay at the coziest B&B in Brugge”

We stayed at the “Japan” room, which gave us a whole floor (2 bedrooms, a big living room and a bathroom) - all super spacious! To start off: bed and shower are super comfortable, and then there are so many things to add up that make this a 10/10 stay: - Very clean and quiet place - Hugo, the owner and host, is such a nice person, he will want to receive you at the b&b and give you advices on the city, recos on the restaurants and explain things about the house - it is a 10 min walk from the city center - short, beautiful walk - and to top it off: Hugo provides a great breakfast with amazing bread, cold cuts, juice, spreads and some fruits. All served in a very simple, yet so lovely way (in our case, he left the bread everyday around 8:15 in the room and we prepared a nice table and a dripped coffee at the machine he provides) - great and fast WiFi, no problems at all

“A beautiful home away from home.”

The whole experience was exceptional, Hugo is the kindest person, and provides such a wonderful service. Everything was incredibly clean and they have thought of all the small little touches. The perfect location, being just away from the hustle and bustle, but a 10min walk and you are amongst it. I hope I can come back here one day.

“Wonderful stay”

The two days in Hugo's wonderful apartment "Japan" felt like two amazing weeks to us. The apartment is truly beautiful. We go on many city trips and place great importance on amazing apartments. We really have never had such a great place to stay as with Hugo. Hugo was also a very attentive host and we lacked nothing. Hugo gave us valuable tips for our stay in Bruges. The breakfast was very good and the garage with its own parking space is very close and was very useful for us. Thank you, Hugo!

The property is huge located in an 17th century Belgian style building, with amazing tall ceilings, wooden staircases and lovely fireplace (out of use, but stylish). Very unique, spacious, with a friendly host. One step away from top locations and a bus stop. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Japan room and it was very beautiful, with great care for detail. The living area was large and cozy and our bathroom was very large and modern. Great shower. Location was just a few blocks from the beginning of the center but the neighborhood is quieter and charming. A great pub around the corner. Hugo was an excellent host and went out of his way to make us feel at home.

A unique B&B. the Lady Jane certainly provided an interesting experience during our stay in Bruges! The décor was interesting and provided a very personal touch, while Hugo was very welcoming and helped us every step of the way. The breakfast that was included was amazing, with wonderful fresh bread. Great location allowed us to explore the city thoroughly via foot without having to walk too much.

-We arrived early but Hugo was happy to let us in -room was big and bed was comfortable -lots of helpful information from the host, including a book of "what to do" - walking distance to everything - decently priced

All was beyond expectation

We had an amazing time here, it really exceeded all our expectations! We had the whole first floor to ourselves (bedroom, bathroom and living/dining room), the breakfast was excellent, our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and we generally had everything we could ask for. The location was also ideal, really close to the centre but on a more quiet street away from the crowds. Mr Hugo was an excellent host, really friendly and happy to help (he even gave us a binder full of recommendations on what to do in the city). We highly recommend this B&B and hope to come back soon.

Everything were perfect except .Consept service, location, parking,room breakfast

Sharing bathroom. The parking was not free..it was advertised free parking. The stairs are uncomfortable. Unsafe.I stambled due to uneven surface and lack of lighting I had injured my left wrist and left knee. The breakfast is very primative.
